Hiive Systems provides Affinity on either a Licence or Subscription model, so you can choose the approach that best suits your organisation's needs.

You Licence, We Host
Purchase a number of user and module licences, which we then run for you in our datacentres, taking care of the servers, backups and networks. You can move to a self-hosting model later if you like*
Benefits: organisations that want certainty of licencing, without hassle of managing server.
You Subscribe (SaaS)
You pay a simple, monthly cost based on the number of Pro users and modules you need. Under this subscription model, you don't have any licencing costs, & we provide Affinity for you to access from our datacentres, taking care of the servers, backups and internet connections.
Benefits: smaller organisations, thanks to the lower up-front costs.
You Licence, You Host
Purchase a number of Pro user and Module licences, which are then run from servers in your own datacenter. Under this model, our technical team will work with your staff to deploy the system into your environment, and we'll provide upgrades & support remotely.*
Benefits: large organisations with extensive in-house IT skills and a need to have data on-site.
