How many users do you have?

There are two classes of user: Standard Users are completely free, whereas Power users have licence fees attached.

Standard vs Power Users: What's the difference?

  • Standard Users can undertake almost all functions in the system, including creating and updating records, viewing histories and entering notes, subject to your own access control choices.
  • Power Users have all the rights of Standard users, on top of which are special rights mostly associated with owning records (as the client manager, for example), defining relationships and some module specific benefits that Standard users don't get.
