Overnight we passed an important milestone, with Affinity tracking its 1 millionth client interaction.
What the heck are we talking about? Well, as a tracking tool, Affinity excels at tracking client interactions. These come in lots of different shapes and sizes; some are emails to or from clients, some are internal file notes about clients, some are appointments with clients, and so on.
We’re excited to have cracked this milestone, as it demonstrates the way our users have embraced Affinity for tracking their important client service and work activities; we’re looking forward to passing our next milestone even faster as we bring more and more clients on board.
