Engage is a portal and publishing framework for exposing information within Affinity to key external stakeholders. Engage works in portal mode, with facility for external clients to log in and view or track information you allow them to see, or in publishing mode, where a public, read only website is updated regularly to show a selection of jobs, events, membership info, etc.

Portal access for your clients
Provide your clients and stakeholders with your own, branded extranet, where they can log in and interact with you and your service team - as well as some of their own data - anywhere, anytime.
Publishing job status to the web
Ideal for government and other organisations with a strong requirement for transparency, Engage's publishing framework makes it easy to regularly update external stakeholders with selected information, often from Affinity's jobs mofulr, with status in a process, and certain key, permitted files, automatically.
Access Affinity & Gravity via the API (coming soon)
While still in development, Engage also provides an API to Affinity and Gravity data, based on REST and the Atom standard. What this means is that you can connect other systems to Affinity in an automated fashion using "web services".
